Origin

The Blaufränkisch grapes were harvested from the Ried Alter Berg, on a south-east-facing slope in Winden/See characterised by fossil limestone. The Sankt Laurent portion of this cuvée comes from Ried Rosenberg, rooted in the mica schist of this gently sloping east-facing site in Breitenbrunn am Leithagebirge. A small proportion of Zweigelt from Ried Hochfeld vineyard, also limestone, rounds out the blend.

Genesis

Brought into the bottle according to biodynamic principles in the eternal cycle of nature (and with a lot of manual labour and conscientious care).
